Community Chair Yoga

Discover just how fun, creative, and empowering chair yoga can be! This welcoming community class is open to people of all ages, experience levels, and abilities. You’ll explore new and playful ways to use a chair for support, strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation—with plenty of options to help the practice work for your unique body. Come move, laugh, make new friends, and experience the real connection that grows when we practice together. No yoga experience is needed—just bring yourself and your curiosity!
Creative Reset: Art to Untangle the Mind

Reiki Therapy Session

Enjoy a 45 minute Reiki session with Reiki Master Amy VanBockern, owner of Magdelene Healing! Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that encourages movement of the body's "Ki" or "universal life force." Reiki practitioners act as a conduit for this force to promote healing and replenish energy levels. Once you experience the subtle, but compounding effects of Reiki healing, it will quickly become a stape of your overall wellness practice!
Sharad Sangha

Sharad in Sanskrit translates to autumn. Sangha means community/people gathering together-
This nourishing and unique offering will include gentle breathwork, mediation, and a soft, accessible yoga flow suitable for all levels. Soft acoustic guitar will create the space to arrive fully in the present moment.
Odri and George, our Sangha leaders, will share simple, yet meaningful wisdom and practices inspired by traditions they’ve embodied during their time in India, Thailand and Indonesia- teachings from Hindu and Buddhist philosophies. Closing the practice, you’ll gather in a circle for a guided human connection practice that will cultivate connection through thoughtful reflection prompts and deep listening.
Core to Floor: Pelvic Floor 101 + Pilates

Join Dr. Em Pinton (PM&R Physician) and Nicole Moyer (Full Circle) for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn what your pelvic floor is, why it matters and how to connect breath, core and strength through targeted pilates.

Join Irene in discovering how the Mediterranean way of eating can nourish more than just your body - it can support your heart, energy, longevity, and overall well-being. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore a simple "My Plate Method" for building balanced, evidence-based meals.
We’ll also look beyond what’s on your plate. The Mediterranean way embraces a whole-person approach that includes mindful eating, movement, connection, rest, stress management, and enjoying food as part of a meaningful life.
Leave with practical tools, inspiration, and a new perspective on how small, intentional choices can create lasting health - one plate, one meal, and one day at a time.
Amazing Adaptogens

Join certified Holistic Health Consultant, Debbi Dunn, for an amazing class on adaptogens! Adaptogens are various herbs, roots, and mushrooms that are ingested to help support your body's physical, mental, and emotional health by reducing stress and mitigating rises in cortisol.
Debbi works closely with the Green Cauldron in Norge, Va utilizing and supporting their apothecary and offering holistic services.
